I could watch this 1000 times... Kelsey Hightower is an inspiration to many people and I am not excluded. I've been inspired by him for years now, but this presentation has to be everyones favorite. Giving a damn. Caring is what my entire career has been based on and like Kelsey it is what I attribute any success I have to. For those watching and reading this, give a damn always, if you can't switch companies or fields so you can, in the long run, you will be happy you gave a damn because you will make a difference. Shout out to Kelsey endless respect for him, and shoutout to all of us autodidact who got where we did through caring.

audio was super low for me despite having all of my computer's (linux) audio bits turned up.... turns out my new headphones had a separate volume control. problem solved.

This guy is really good and has the ability to find common ground for everyone, no matter what the topic is...he is a master speaker and easy to listen to! Great story of Dev and Ops getting together...he speaks of reality in a way that everyone can identify with...Well Done, Theo !
